NetWorks! utilizes a fully functioning, web based, password protected CRM (Customer Relationship Management) package to track and update all shared opportunities. Every lead becomes dynamic. The ability is provided to search or sort records by practically any parameter.
Each record is completed with the most information that can be found available at that time. These records are regularly updated with new information by the members themselves or at our weekly meeting.
The “CRM Member Log In” link on each group’s tab will take you to an area where you can learn more about the CRM. However, enhancements that we have made to the package that we utilize will not be addressed in this area nor will you be able to see any actual data unless you are a NetWorks! Boise Member. NetWorks! does subscribe to the “professional” version of this software.
