Mason & Stanfield, Inc. (M&S) is a locally owned firm located in Nampa, Idaho, that provides comprehensive civil engineering, land surveying, construction staking, project/construction management, and land use planning services throughout Idaho and eastern Oregon. Since its inception in 1989, M&S has always maintained fully staffed engineering and surveying teams. We are committed to service, and give our projects and clients our full attention and dedication.
We offer a wide range of professional surveying services including boundary surveys, platting, setting parcel monuments, creating ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, writing metes and bounds descriptions, construction staking, etc.
We also offer civil engineering services. We design gravity sewer systems, pressure sewer systems, roadway systems, water systems, drainage systems, grading plans, irrigation systems, erosion control plans, etc. We also provide expert witness services.
Our clientele includes municipalities, irrigation districts, private developers, highway districts, farmers, ranchers, land owners, architects, lending institutions, investors, realtors, contractors, and many more.
We have an excellent relationship with governmental agencies and local contractors. Your project will benefit from this.
M&S believes the company should have accountable and “active” principals that respond to your needs. Your project manager will be one of two principal owners and you will not be passed around to multiple employees. Instead, the Owners will respond directly to you in all phases of a project, from planning through completion.
Despite our relatively small company size, M&S offers high-quality service at a fair and reasonable cost. We fully understand the steps we must take to get a project started and to see it through to completion—and we do so in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
Our number of repeat public and private sector clients attests to our success in our commitment to service. Over the years, our principals have learned that neither the company’s size nor location creates success—success is achieved by treating our clients with respect.
