I have my business set up to be a visionary leader. I enjoy bringing a great group of people together, getting them to understand and buy into the vision of the company. We put a plan in place and then keep changing it to get the desired results. The biggest impact of being in business is influencing people in our business or outside of our business. Being able to focus on a couple things in my business and have it run without me there and helping others with what I have succeeded and failed at to influence them is a gift that I give to others.
